My mum has just bought a bread maker for making gluten free bread. It is a sunbeam brand especially designed for making gluten free bread. The motor and beaters are stronger for handling the heavier mixture. It also doesn't start to pre-rise like a normal bread maker. A specialist electric store should sell them, and you need to ask.

I did the 2 week gruntstyle challenge back in july and it felt great, but I had to really push myself. those are indeed workouts that I abhor too.
