Meet My Friends Monday - 4

MeetMyFriends

Thanks to Diana over at Custom Blog Designs, I have a logo!!! You can grab it from my sidebar and put it with your Meet My Friends Monday if you would like.

If you would like to join you can read about it here.

I have been going down my blogroll from the top but I am going to start jumping around a little. With Christmas this week I know everyone is very busy so I decided to pick someone I knew had a few minutes to answer my questions... My husband.

Brad's blog Just Read and See was started a few days after he made fun of me creating a blog! Brad basically blogs about things going on in our lives. He will also blog about something that he has built from wood or grilled. And from time to time you can get a rant or rave about a sports team, a government act, or a driver that was on the road as he tried to get home.

Why did you start blogging?

To keep a record of things Toni, Hunter and I were doing.

In what way do you think blogging benefits you?

It helps me to keep up with small projects that I have going on. Sometimes it helps me remember what I need to do. It gives me a sense of satisfaction to be able to go back and see what I have accomplished.

How has your blog evolved since you started blogging?

I now try and attach at least one picture with each post. I also find it easier to write the post. As Hunter gets older I seem to have more content to blog about.

Is there anything more that you would like to get out of your blog than you do now?

No, but I hope to continue it for many years so that Hunter and any future children can look back and see that they helped daddy build a fence, or drive a houseboat or tackle everyone they met. It will be fun for me to look back and see as well. It is my diary that is open to the public!

Thanks for answering my questions Brad - even though you made fun of some of the ones that we did not use and told me I was a bad interviewer!!! I love you!!!!

If you get a chance stop by and say "Hi" to the man that takes care of me!

Awesome, I'm glad you interviewed your husband! That's a great idea for him to track projects that he does with the kids, they're going to love rereading those stories when they get older....

cool! your hubby learns fast eh?! Yup! Pictures are important and makes it that much easier to blog!

I love the last answer...for himself, for Hunter and future children to look back... its a diary... to me, I've got a feeling its going to be a 'blog of accomplishments!'

What a great interview. Have a great holiday!

I was misquoted on the bad interview comment. I meant that I was a bad interview person to write about. My Attorneys advised me to not answer most of the questions and I had to plead the fifth every now and then. Brad

That's cool that your husband has his own blog.

My husband is totally in the dark about this blogging thing - lol!

This is a really cool idea!

Just wanted to let you know that I now have you (and your other blog) added to my Bloglines, so I'll be able to keep up with you a lot more frequently now!

That's nice how he wants to keep his blog as a journal for the kids to see when they are older. My hubby has a blog that we are working on getting up and running. With him being a trucker he isn't home enough for us to work on it but someday we will be done.

Okay, I suck! Thanks to my children waking me up at 2 a.m. -- more than once -- I never did get around to my to-do list. Barely functioning today... I wrote a post about my day, but sadly did not do my Meet My Friends. I'm going to grab your button though... hopefully I will remember by the time I am finished typing this. :D
