My SocialSpark experience thus far...

Now as my regular reader/readers know, a couple of weeks ago I joined SocialSpark. SocialSpark is a brother/sister to PayPerPost. However, unlike PayPerPost, SocialSpark is also a place to make friends and network.

With SocialSpark you set up a profile, see mine here, and then go out and make friends and some extra cash all from one site.

You can also post comments and give props to your SocialSpark friends.

Now, here are a couple of things that if I could change about SocialSpark I would. It took about 5 days for them to approve my blog so that I could get started with the Marketplace. I know they are busy and I need some patience but I was just really anxious to get started.

Now, I have posted one post from the Marketplace and that was about joining SocialSpark. That post took 7 days to get approved. I will say that I like the fact that SocialSpark allows you check to ensure that your key elements are in the post immediatly. So, you know right away if you left out a link or other requirement.

Another way that SocialSpark differs from PayPerPost is that if you qualify for a particular post but it is full at the moment you can get on a waiting list. You are then notified when the post is available to you. This keeps you from having to keep checking back for a particular post to open.

So far, besides a little patience issue on my part, and what I am sure is a busy issue on their's, SocialSpark and I are looking to be great pals!

Does your blog have to be approved before you can sign up to post something from the marketplace? I just joined Social Spark and I am confused about how you can blog about something and make money doing that. I applied to Pay Per Post as well but never heard back from them, that was months ago. Hopefully I can get this Social Spark thing to work.

I signed up for SocialSpark about two weeks ago, and the only paid opp I got to was talking about SocialSpark. I'm waiting on a bunch of them. It' seems hard to get the opps before everyone else does. Not sure what the secret is.
